Before claiming for a refund we recommend our customers to use our free revisions facility and still if they are not satisfied then a refund is their lawful right:

1. We are liable to refund your money if you fail because of missing the deadline.
2. We are bound to refund your money if your paper written by us got failed and there is no way to change it.
3. A refund request is valid when the quality of the paper was low i.e. your instructions were not fulfilled.
4. Refund can be the last option if after numerous changes and revisions you are still not satisfied.
5. You can also claim for a refund if by any chance our customer services or the writer fail to communicate with you.

Every client has the right to request a refund or claim for a full or partial reimbursement of the money but our quality assurance department’s decision on any issue in all cases will be the final word. Only those refund requests that are made within a time of 7 days after the final submission of work. The quality assurance department will process arrange a refund within a time of 10-15 days.
